If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We only collect information in our contact forms so we can answer your questions via phone or email. We ask for minimal information such as first/last name, email address and phone to expedite your request for information. We NEVER share this information with anyone or any company outside our firm. If you request to be removed from our list, we will do it right away without retaining a record of your information. You would have to resubmit to get back on our list.
Property Search Forms
To receive custom information for an area, or property type, price range, etc. we request information to help us send you the most useful information. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link sent in each email.
Cookies
If you have an account enabling you to receive custom content, and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How we protect your data
Our forms pass through an encrypted HTTPS hosting. They are delivered via email to us so we can respond. We do not add you to our contacts unless you wish to continue beyond our initial contact with you.
What data breach procedures we have in place:
We have daily backups of both our database and files, which go back 10 days. After 10 days, the backups fall from the system and are deleted permanently.
